23-year old Sara El Khouly, who was recently crowned Miss Mediterranean 2011, will represent Egypt during the Miss Universe 2011 pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in September. Sara stands 1.73 m in height and is majoring in public relations and advertising.
